Was involved in a hit and run incident, took 6 months to start investigations. I always had to ring up to find any updates, all employees have no idea what they're doing. In the end, never found the driver of the hit and run, waste of money!

Cancelled my insurance after 20 days as it come back as I had been speeding there black boxes are nothing but rubbish and take over 10 days to get any feedback don't recommend

Absolutly vile company. Cancelled insurance with the in November 2017 due to moving to a new property. Four years later sent a bill for unpaid premiums after this date for an unspecified number of month. Have proof direct debits stopped in November but are not willing to listen to any kind of reason. Even the sum they come up with make no sense. Do not use these crooks, avoid like the plague

I would give 0 if i could. Renewal quote gone up by 85% in a year with no explanation and no claims from us. Insane! Didn't even bother discussing it with them after such shocking news. Plenty of great cheaper options out there. What an appalling way to treat current clients after such a rough year. Clearly they are making us pay for their lost profits.

Due to having subsidence 6 years ago, and cracks showing in '19 looked for another insurer. Had insurance voided by a well known insurance company. Contact Endsleigh on Tuesday/Wednesday. Today - Friday - got a quote that was reasonable. I have had no problems getting in touch by phone or email. They responded in the timescale they said. So far no complaints.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Endsleigh provided policy docs for my bldg insurance stating a 200 excess, but I got charged a 500 excess when I had to make a claim. They admitted their error but still refused to payout the extra 300. Awful and dishonest, go elsewhere.

I made a claim with Endsleigh when I fell with my tv in my hand while trying to put a hdmi cable into the back of the tv. The tv fell and hit the corner of the cabinet writing the tv off. I spoke to a advisor called Hollie who was very professional and put me in contact with bevalue and then telllyfix who assessed the damage. A advisor from bevalue called me to say they had a like for like model and the brand new tv was delivered today. Great service! No problems at all and a very smooth claim. Thanks again, the best insurance company I've ever dealt with, spot on!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value AVOID! The renewal came with the price 100% higher than the year before! This is total scam and should be reported. Even when I go through the quote as a new client it is much cheaper. But the renewal is overpriced few times than other quotes.

1st notice of a renewal was on the day - I have no recollection to agreeing to an automatic renewal. Locked out my account when trying to access to check this - locked out because they changed systems, not because of forgetting a password. Unable to find a contact number on their website (via mobile). Ended up cancelling DD as I couldn't reach them.

When I finally did get them it was outwith my cancellation period and I got hit with a cancellation fee. Still don't have access to my account to check if I agreed for an auto renewal.

What a bunch of sharks. Sent me a renewal for my household insurance 27% higher than previous year, despite no claims or changes on my side. After the usual BS on the phone about COVID, they agreed to requote, only to come back with the same price. After some research, Adrian Flux brokers beat the Endsleigh quote by 25%. When I called Endsleigh to notify them I would let the policy expire & then switch, I was asked to let them requote to see if they could match my new offer. One of the worst companies in an industry that is known for trying to profit from the pandemic. You should be ashamed of yourselves, Endsleigh.

Bought car insurance from them and paid in full, a few months later I wanted a new car. I bought the new car and I logged in my account to change cars on the policy and was not able to give me a quote! I called to get try and get a quote but was impossible as they said the only way to get a quote is to cancel this policy and buy a new policy with them losing 1000+ as well as losing my 1 year no claim bonus. What kind of car insurance doesn't let you switch cars on your policy but provides you with a brand new quote on the new car?!? AVOID!

Do not waste your time or money. Tried to cancel my policy as they were charging me 3 times as much as anyone else! They wanted 3000 for the year when the same level was available for under 1000 from multiple providers. Was referred to their sister company who would try to beat the price and told everything would be sortedwith my cancellation. I am now being chased by a finance company who are telling me my permium hasn't been paid.

I rang Endsleigh and they told me I never completed my cancellation. Told them I needed everything fully cancelled as I thought it had been and was told I need to pay them an extra 170 as well as the previous month's premium! And both to be paid within 48 hours. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I have told all my friends and family to stay away.

If I could give them a 0 star review I would. Tried cancelling my auto-renewal back in 2019, I was under the impression it was cancelled. turns out they never processed the cancellation and I get hit with a 270 debt bill two years later. Unprofessional customer service who would rather argue than talk about resolutions. Anyone considering Endsleigh should seriously look elsewhere. Diabolical.

A great insurance service, especially aimed at students. Has very cheap contents or car insurance, mainly only on low amounts. Calling or droppin gin to this branch puts you in touch with very friendly helpful staff who will try to make sure you get the cover you actually want.
