I cannot believe all these good reviews are real. I was contacted following an enquiry and felt like I was being barked at. The lady told me she was NOt a financial advisor and then went on to tell me all about my pensions based an a few details of which I was not even sure. I informed her my pensions say deferred and she told me this meant that they are Final salary which is apparently incorrect and it just means they are deferred to a later date.

Once they knew the particular Pension I was talking about were under 40K (I have 5 pensions of varying value) totally lost interest and started to fob me off. Call felt intimidating and rude, also during the call. Before it had even ended I received an email saying sorry we couldn't help you. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time.

We have recently gone through the process of updating our wills with some important changes. Michelle Barker has overseen the process with professionalism and efficiency, we had good communication throughout along with courteous service. We would happily recommend Michelle for any estate planning.
