Watch out for these guys. Make sure you read every word of every document you receive from them, as you won't have any comebacks if you ever need to cancel your insurance. I took out insurance, cancelled after 10 days due to unforeseen circumstances. This was supposed to be acceptable within the "14-day cooling off period" however in the small print they whacked on a whole bunch of charges and even the ombudsman couldn't help me. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Critical: Value My insurance auto renewed at the end of Feb, and I now have to cancel my insurance as I sold my Vehicle. To end my insurance policy it is going to cost me hundreds, but on the document I have all I can see is a 65 charge. Be careful if you are thinking of using this company and check for any small print

I have many policies with Deeside Insurance Brokers and have been with them for a number of years. They always provide me with the best prices and provide me with the right amount of cover I need. Excellent customer service by all the friendly staff, I have recommended Deeside Insurance to all my friends and family. Will definitely be renewing again and again. :

Very unhappy with the service. I searched specifically for house insurance on a comparison website. They came up with the cheapest quote. I checked the policy details and realised that the cover was very limited and only covered fire. Attempting to cancel I was told I had to pay 60 within the 14 day cooling off period. They told me because they are insurance brokers they can do this. Insurance companies cannot. Upgrading the policy was also very expensive. I would avoid this company

Renewed a 12 month policy without my consent when I clearly stated I was moving out in 2 months.then tried to charge me a massive cancellation fee when I moved out as stated. The cancellation fee has been passed by the Deeside to a debt collection agency. This matter has now been referred to the Financial Services Ombudsman for review. I strongly suggest avoiding these dishonest cowboys.
