Absolutley awful. I put all the correct information into the comparison site. Apparently their system didn't pull it through. So I had to cancel my policies within 48 hours and they charge you 35 plus a daily charge even when it was not my fault. Constantly phone you to check the details then put you in an automated que and then cut you off. Never with 30 years of owning a vehicle have I had such poor service. Just go elsewhere.

Worst experience ever with this company! You have to jump through hoops to get insured (photos of the car I did out the engine etc) and they have a cooling off period of 14 days, which I called to cancel but no answer so I had to email and it took two days to cancel the policy and the cancellation charges are ridiculously high! Hidden charged! I had taken the policy out and they contacted me saying I should up my mileage allowance so I asked how much and the price of the policy near enough tripled!

Critical: Quality BEWARE OF THEIR CANCELLATION CHARGES. I took out a policy for around 70ish and paid 36 up front. Four weeks on I sold the car and cancelled the policy and now they want another 44 for "cancellation charges". and are threatening further action. THEY ARE QUITE UNLIKE ANY OTHER INSURER. Please be very very careful or just go elsewhere
