Definitely a SPAM! One day After setting my contract I received an email saying that I have cancelled my contract, which I haven't. They were just trying to push me to call them and when I called they kept me on hold for more than two hours passing me from one person to another. Finally that appeared on my telephone bill as 60 as they were using a charging phone line. They are using two different names: complete cover and insure my motor AVOID BOTH PLEASE!

Would not recommend. SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Have been trying to call customer support for 4 days and I've been waiting on hold and been transfered around to different departments. Didn't recieve account login details in my welcome pack so I can't access my account online to pay. Phone service won't let me pay. I'm stuck and can't even call support. Will be opening a case against this company to sue them for the consistent inconveniences they have caused me.

Worst insurance comp ever. A real joke, Never insuring with ccg again renew policy without even confirming and after saying NO still go ahead deduct money, try ringing 2 hour wait and half way through the conversation they hang up, ridiculous and really frustrating 1month after trying to add a driver to policy still not added what a joke. Upto date with all premiums and want to cancel? Then be prepared to pay stupid amounts just to cancel plus 75 admin.worst experience with insurance company and I've been driving 28years

Horrible customer service. Took me over a duration of 4days to just change my address and then when I asked for a quote (as I'm thinking to switch cars) was told that their lines are closing. The options for solving customer issues are none! I thought the customer was always right? Once my policy is up, I'm definitely switching insurance companies and not going to look back.
Basic communication skills over the phone. If they ask to confirm details, I give my details and then there is a whole pause over the phone. like hello are you still there? and what are you doing? Honestly Fustration and irratibale is not the word. They need to go into the bin. Complete rubbish. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Terrible company, would not ever use again or recommend to anyone ever. canceled my insurance within 14days as got rid of car, they then proceeded to insure said car for 2 months with a canceled direct debit then send solicitors after you for not payment, discusting joke of a company and will be taking maters further.

Horrible First, I received comms saying that my insurance is being renewed at my request, and I have never requested it. Then, I sent multiple emails back to multiple addresses saying that I haven't agreed to this. well ahead of time. and that this should be terminated. This was ignored and I continued to get emails asking me to sign and approve the new terms. which I have never signed and still not agreed to. Then, I eventually get a call asking if I'm signing up, to which I respond NO, as I have already expressed.
The lady on the phone said okay and that she would be cancelling this. I even cancelled my direct debit with my bank, because actions and behaviour was already troubling. Now I look in my bank account to see an initial payment of over 400 has been taken out! Joke

Terrible Insurer, absolutely hopeless customer service. I needed a green card to go to Spain and visit family and look for a new business premises to relocate my business. Green card was refused on my commercial vehicle because I was working. So I said fair enough I will just go to visit my family and I can use their car to do work instead. Still refused because they said they did not believe me! A company that wants customers money but does not trust them, is not one I would recommend. Also took 4 hrs on hold to achieve this.

This is the worst motor insurance company by far-ever and they are not based in the Uk they are trading in Uk through complete cover group insure your motor there intermediary and when I took out joint comprehensive back in 7th of November 2020 the agent who sold the worst insurance policy and at highest price £1375 and did not take into account when I clearly stated prior to Covid-19 I was self employed taxi driver but now I am not working due to COVID-19 as I am posed and isolating and he stated to sale the policy and misrepresentation and misinformation provided to the underwriter Mulsnne Insurance and made error on my spouse date of birth year, it clearly shows how incompetent and unprofessional they are and unhelpful and they are rubbers trying rub people and there policyholders to cause grief to people and distress and frustration and financial loss.
I was involved in a collusion 25th March 2021 which was my fault of accident after reporting accident on the day they come up with an excuse next day on 26th March 2021 to clarify my status of my employment and I told the complete cover group agent of the issue next day the underwriter decide to void my insurance cover policy which I paid for hole annual my question of argument is why they did not come up with this earlier and to void and cancel my policy so that they can save there back and them self not paying for me to fix or repair my vehicle, under comprehensive cover weather it’s who ever’s fault they need to take protection to cover cost to repair my vehicle and if I am also at fault and other parties if so.
If I am claiming through my policy cover under access fee of a claim however this did not happen it’s opposite and they penalise and punish there policyholders. This is total injustice and a complaint is ongoing and it was my biggest mistake to approach these crooks cowboys and leaving my previous insurance for renewal with acorns insurance just for few hundred pounds to save me but in fact I am now in loss of financial and they are very unreliable and unreluctant and all this hassle of and when this will be resolved and get the outcome.

A lot of effort went into finding me the policy. I used more than one broker to search for the best available. I recently purchased Household Insurance through Leslie. He offered excellent customer service and answered a number of questions prior to cover commencing. It was a complex case as i live next to a river and have a 100 % flat roof. As a result a number of brokers and insurers declined it. He went out of his way to find me a insurer to do it a a competitive premium with good cover and benefits. I would recommend Leslie to anyone seeking home insurance . He has strong knowledge of the home insurance market and was a great help.

They find you the best deal for your specific insurance needs and arrange the finance to cover it if required. There can therefore be three parties involved: the broker, the insurance coverer and the finance provider. The monthly premiums if appropriate are paid to the finance company directly and will bear the finance company name (important to remember when renewing a policy or when direct debits come to an end).

On the whole, a very efficient company for acquiring specialist cover not normally offered by regular household insurers and at reasonable cost.
