When a more economical private medical insurance was required to take over from a previous employer scheme, our financial adviser put us in touch with Excellect. Charlie Francis was extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable in providing alternative policies, with 'The Exeter' subsequently offering enormous monthly premium savings for a policy very similar to our previous one. Charlie was extremely helpful in evaluating the market and coming up with a new private health agreement for us with AXA that saved us over 1,000 on the renewal premium from our existing provider, Vitality. Charlie was very professional in his dealings with us and managed to get the new agreement set up within some tight deadlines.

There are many companies that say 'they embrace customer service' or other such claims like we will save you money but there are very few that walk the talk without fail. Simon & his team at Excellect is one of those companies. Their manner is always professional but with a personal approach. We have always found their research of the market appropriate to our needs and their reports on their investigations are always concise and informative and cover all aspects required to allow us to make informed decisions at each renewal. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service I have received from Excellect in terms of their knowledge of the field right through from discussing the benefits appropriate for our company to the micro details of employee questions.
