It is degusting I will never get insurance again with them they wont let me log into the site keep saying that the email and password are wrong when I know that they are right i phoned for a friend because i had tried on line it would not work phoned them 20 minutes and he was still trying to get my friend to get this that and the other we had told him loads of times it is the comprehensive 35 66 it gave her a quote that it had gone to 55 pounds because I had said she can't hear very well especially when they have a different language never again total rubbish

I have used Staysure 4 times & we now have an annual holiday policy with them which we have just recently renewed. I have always found them very helpful & efficient & they get back to you very quickly if you have a query. Their prices are quite competitive & I don't think it is worth considering a lesser known insurer who might be quoting a few pounds lower. As far as I am concerned we will be using them for the foreseeable future & happy to recommend them.

We initially chose Staysure when our previous insurers were no longer able to meet our needs. Price and range of cover were both far better than that of other providers that we considered. Less than a month after the start of our cover, we had to submit a claim because we both contracted Covid 19 and this caused the cancellation of a big trip to Canada. Completing the claim form was challenging because there was no clear indication of the evidence requirements for this type of claim.all we could do was to use common sense and make it up as we went along.

Some 10 days after submitting the claim, an email arrived asking for more evidence. This was quite stressful as we were still unclear as to what was required. However, there was a name and phone number in the email.and so I called it.and then things got better. The person I got through to revisited our paperwork, agreed that the information we had submitted was, in fact sufficient and told us there and then that the claim would be met in full.

The money arrived in our bank account four days later. In short, outstanding holiday insurance products, prompt response and excellent outcome.but unnecessary stress caused by complex paperwork and incomplete information with regard to evidence requirements.

Bought an annual policy for myself and my husband. Having never claimed before on any insurance policy I had not expected to chase Staysure for approx 1000 of medical expenses. Claim sent in full in February. Not 1 update so far. I have called twice and been on the line for at least 50 minutes each time. Asked for a call back from a supervisor.never happened. Told 21 days. It is now more like 64 Days Do not recommend

Tried to book insurance online. My quote did not arrive. I valled them and after 10 muniutes they answered. Went through the telephone exercise of trying to get a quote and pay for it only to find that after 15 minutes of questions regarding my insurance requirements they could not process the payment because the link between them and the card security check system was down. They promised to call me back, which they did. However, I was busy at the time and so arranged another call later in the day. We will see what happens.

Have been in touch with Staysure on their Chat line. Each time I am promised an email of our policy and IT HAS NEVER BEEN SENT. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACE THEY TELL LIE, AFTER LIE. If were possible to cancel and get my money returned I would do so.

I have used Staysure for many years especially when my wife as alive because she had many serious medical conditions. I still get Staysure for my holiday cover and though I've never had to use it I felt reassured by having the cover. The price is realistic and a policy can be easily set up on line. They are great with cover for pre-stated conditions and are thorough with all their questions.

I am well retired and of an age to need good travel insurance. Staysure is a company which accepts that clients do age but love to travel. It make it easy to register without too many health checks and even accepts cruises without fuss. I am very happy to go with them.

This is our first time with Staysure, and we have taken out a 12 month multi vacation policy. This is all UK based holidays as we do not feel comfortable going into Europe. Setting up the policy via their website was simplicity itself. We hope we never have to make a claim, but if we do, we trust the claims procedure will be just as simple.

Easy to deal with and competitive, but surely the review should be on how they deal with any claims that may arise. There initial review is fine for ease of dealing with, but the main point of taking insurance is for when things go wrong. The people that should review are the ones who have made claims, that would give everyone the information they need to make a decision.

I booked travel insurance last year with this company but never used it as the airline cancelled the flights and provided full refund. Like many people, I tend to book flights and hotel separately as opposed to getting a package holiday, which can work out considerably cheaper. Do NOT buy any travel insurance if you are booking flights and hotel separately as they will not cover it.

I was about to buy their 'comprehensive travel insurance' now for our summer holidays, however, after contacting them via live chat speaking to a customer service advisor - an 'Anna' who confirmed as follows: "Ok so I just spoke to my manager and she said, if your flights are cancelled and therefore you missed your holiday or your hotel or which ever, it is up to the airline to sort this" No airline will take responsibilities for the cost of your hotel if you have booked it separately. In words insurance cover will be useless and a waste of time in such scenario.

I was in the unfortunate position of having developed a new medical condition which was under investigation and not diagnosed yet, when I advised my travel insurance Company they immediately cancelled my insurance and gave me a full refund. This was 2 days before flying out for a much needed and previouly postponed break in the winter sun. I contacted Staysure and was delighted that they stepped in an gave me the annual travel insurance I wanted, but understandably could not cover the undiagnosed condition until it had been fully determined.

I was absolutely relieved & delighted with the response & professional advice & service provided to me from Staysure, so much so we went on our much needed break, where my health improved, and any anxiety disappeared. Thanks so much Staysure, the Company I had legitimate travel insurance with before being abruptly cancelled was Admiral.
