Critical: Professionalism Really poor process of requesting proof of no claims. Cancelled my policy without even a telephone call and charged a ludicrous sum to do so as they weren't satisfied with what I'd provided them with. Worst customer experience I've ever had with an insurance company, I'd strongly advise others to avoid.
