I took out a mortgage with Emma in June this year. Emma is very knowledgeable and gives great advice about the products available. She really helps you get the best deal and best price on your mortgage. Emma is very proactive keeping me informed every step of the way. If i had a question she was very quick to respond to me. Recently my husband and I asked Alan to remortgage our house in order to finance an extension and consolidate some debts. Ignoring the fact, that he managed to negotiate a deal for us to borrow a further 20,000 without actually spending any more money (which was astounding in itself!) - I wanted to write and say how much we appreciated his clear, and understandable explanation of our remortgage, his availability to meet us at a time of our convenience, and his diligence in following our mortgage through to completion. Alan made the entire process painless and hassle-free.

Everything was easy to understand and we appreciated that he took into consideration our need for security and stability in repayments, rather than forcing us into a particular deal, (something which we have experienced in the past). Alan helped me choose the correct life cover making sure I had the correct protection for my personal needs. His independent service provides professional advice in a relax surrounding. Having lots of financial advisers coming into my work place and selling their packages which is mainly benefiting their own needs and not the customers in the long run, It was very refreshing to see how Alan went through the whole cover and requirements.
