BG Insurance

Needs a sign on new office's door " Visitors not allowed, online only". I have been a client of BG Insurance for best part of 20 years.

We have used BG insurance services for many years now and that in itself rather verifies what a competent professional company they are. Staff are always on the ball and even provide courtesy calls when policies are very close to expiry. I have recommended them to friends and likewise do to all and sundry who read this. Thank you BG staff.

Received insurance renewal notification via email, called, 30 mins. later, insurance renewed. Everything explained meticulously, direct debit set up, in other words, totally stress free service! Outstanding :

Went for renewal only to have two payments taken out then put in n hold many times Mel after a couple days f calls wanted to start raising her voice all they care about the s out money hassled me for weeks then taken two payments and now am waiting on all of my money back renewal stopped Adrian flux no problems

Please be very careful with this company. You might be very happy to see the price on gocompare(usually they cheapest on website) but then you will see something like you cannot make policy online you have to call. Then they will ask you to wait until they will confirm price(took 2 days) and gues what? My price went up by nearly 15% if you trust someone to do counting for you, please make sure you will be able to handle itnot to waist time. Thank you and goo l uck

I had insurance with them for a year, but I was deeply disappointed when I said that I did not want to renew my insurance policy and they did not accept the previous year of no claim bonus and gave me only one year of no claim bonus instead of two. I do not recommend, run away from them, they are very bad and plus I hang up your phone if you call them more often with the same problem.

I spoke to Josh about organising insurance for me to teach people how to drive as an ADI/PDI. I told Josh what I needed and he came back to me 30 mins later with the cheapest quote I had received. Excellent service so far from BG Insurance.

After being a driving instructor for over 2 decade's I switched to BG Insurance after 22 years with another firm, BG found me much better policy at a massive reduction in costs, it appears I won't find a better company to work with and this Year I haven't even bothered shopping around as the policy cover and price hasn't differed much. Critical: Responsiveness Is the most wors car insurance! I will never go this company! They keep my deposit because I cancelled it the insurance, because I sell it the car so 250 they never returned it.!

I've been trying to pay off my balance since weeks before Christmas. I was told the accounts team was away, ill and busy. to say I'm disappointed with this service is an understatement and I will never be using again! I cant stress how awful the communication is! please save your self time and money by not using this awful service!

I have been insuring the same vehicle for 10 years, a motorhome, then BG came up as the best price so I went with them, wish I never did, never had so much hassle after I started my policy asking for photos of vehicle, even asking to change vehicle type on log book, in the end after all the hassle I cancelled my insurance, thus losing most of my money as I paid for the whole year! I have never been refused insurance or had any issues insuring it before, if you have a motorhome/camper I would suggest you make sure you know how complicated it could be.

I am a driving instructor and been using BG for the past 3 years for my insurance requirements. Always beaten other quotes and very helpful during pandemic modifying my insurance free of charge to allow me to do "other" work whilst in lockdown. Always pleasant, fast and professional

Hi. I don't give usually review on Google. But for BG I have too. worst service, non professional and every time answers is coming couple of weeks. Send them emails and calls too but same answers. And unfortunately if you change your car during policy they charge too much. Still waiting for my NCB. Policy finish in May. What a level of service.

Please please please stay away. They have cancelled my insurance while I'm holiday without informing me via post. They will say they have tried calling you yet will not even leave a voicemail. Because of this, my insurance premium rocketed. Customer service especially their office manager Nikkiis the rudest person ever.

Came up on a comparison site as the most value for money. Rang them that day, set my taxi insurance up in just a short phone call. Documents were sent by email within a few days. Faultless service, very happy

NEVER EVER OPT THIS INSURANCE COMPANY. They are just looting people. They charged me 163 for the first month at the time of registration and on the very next day they called me and said that I failed Validation check and we are cancelling this cover and now they are refunding me only 20 saying that rest of the money deducted in cancellation Fees while they them-self cancelled it and it was 14 days cooling off period :/ this is Bul*shi*t. Never ever go to them. They never respond to your calls and emails on time and a very pathetic customer service
