Annetts & Orchard

I have been using Annetts and Orchard for over a decade and have always found them to be friendly, efficient and diligent. They have dealt with my mortgages for several properties over the years and have also organised life and home insurance for me. On top of this they have always been on hand to give me advice when required along the way, I trust them implicitly and would never use anyone else. I would highly recommend.

Me and my partner first started looking into buying our first home just under a year ago and used Will Sharpe of A&O for our mortgage needs. Will at every point of contact over the year responded like we were his main concern even if we hadn't spoken for a couple of months, he explained everything in great detail and we never felt we couldn't ask a question no matter how small or potentially obvious.

He responds very quickly and made sure we always had the information we needed. Overall we would 100 percent recommend him. We will definitely be using Annetts and Orchard again in the future.

It's been a while since we bought our first home, and the process itself was rather long and complicated, so for about a year I've been meaning to review A&O and especially Will Sharpe - it's not easy to express how very very grateful we are for all the truly fantastic support and advice we received! Will was the absolute star of the show throughout our buying process. Our purchase wasn't the most straight forward, and at times we really wanted to shy away from it, but talking to and working with Will was consistently a pleasure and a joy. Annetts & Orchard provide the exact reason you want to go with a local company for your insurance needs - truly personal service. It's been a long time since I've seen anything like the duty of care provided by a company for no other reason other than being the decent thing to do. It is difficult to convey the quality of service my partner and I have received from Will Sharpe, Mortgage & Protection Adviser at Annetts & Orchard during the recent purchase of our house. Over the last six months he has provided us faultless advice in a timely fashion; no question has seemed too much trouble for him to answer. Our financial situation changed multiple times in the course of trying to buy our property: each time required Will to update our mortgage estimations.
