If you have an accident while driving and damage someone else's car, or their property, we'll pay out to cover the costs to fix the damage. If you injure someone else while driving, we'll pay out to cover the costs to help them during their recovery. We'll pay out up to 1,000 to repair or replace the audio and sat-nav equipment in your car if it's stolen, or damaged by theft or fire.
If you've got comprehensive cover then damage to your car's windscreen or windows is included with your policy. There's no need to call, we can validate your claim online, anytime of the day or night via your Swift Space. We're here to take your call Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (new and existing claims), Saturday 9am to 5pm (new claims only), and Bank Holidays 9am to 4pm.

Accident not at fault. I had to do alllll the run around. Recieved a courtesy car as not at fault. Before i recovered my vehicle back. They tried to charge me for the courtesy car. How do you charge me when you havent given my car back? The whole point of coutesy car is to have until yours is returned. Plus.im not at fault its the other guys insurance thats paying for it. Ridiculous company SO WHY AM I DOING THE RUN AROUND! THE WHOLE POINT OF PAYING YOU, IS THAT YOU DO ALL THE CONTACTING AND LEGAL SIDES. IT WAS ME SORTING EVERYTHING OUT! absolutely appalled!

I wouldn't give them 1 star even, worst company I ever been with. To call them is a mission, they are always busy. Had an accident where wasn't my fault, they even didn't let me know their decision, still don't know what happened, what is decision after ONE YEAR? GUYS CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU CAN!

"Hassle free" - "THANKYOU FOR BEING PATIENT, PLEASE CONTINUE TO HOLD :D" One hour later with a noose around my neck. Their mistake from 4 and a half years ago (that I've been paying for ever since) means that I am now paying for it again. Can't use the online portal as old policy. They are more than useless.
