I was having a perfectly wonderful day until I encountered your establiahment. I'm glad you have apologised but all the same, people need to be aware of the lack of care and standards given, in the food you're serving. Maybe, rather than responding with immature, passive agressive replies, rather, focus on not serving sub standard, reheated food. Your negative feedbacks are where you should be learning. Should.

Medicash delays the refunds! My partner and i receive payments/refunds very late from Medicash. We everytime have to make a phone call to following up the process. I submitted two usual invoices (reflexology 40 and sports massage 50) a few days ago and those two still haven't submitted yet confirmed by Rita who i spoke from Medicash CS today! She had not submitted our claims instead generated excuses "bank holidays" etc.
She wasn't helpful. We never receive our refunds in 5 working days as promised by Medicash. I invite Medicash to work its job properly, as promised and we don't want to contact Medicash every time! instead their admin/refunds team must complete the refunds in maximum 5 working days as promised!

After being a member with Medicash from 2002. We have received a letter to say that they wish to terminate our policy or move us to a more expensive one due to claims. It seems that if you become Ill on this policy and need to claim your loyalty counts for nothing. By all means if you think you will never need to claim this would be the policy for you. This company is not what it once was.

Extremely disappointed with the service from Medicash, they claim to be "A Positive Approach To Health" but are very swift on blocking your account for a mistake on one claim form even when all previous forms have been completed to their standards. When speaking to the team directly in regards to the claim and explaining in full the mistake I made they were very unhelpful especially with my circumstances at the time.
When I decided to leave Medicash at that time due to them not able to resolve the situation, their team did not advise me that I would not be able to return to Medicash if I wanted to reapply, which is a shame as a company like this should be able to advise customers on future circumstances if reapplying at a later date. I have since contacted Medicash on two accounts to plead my case showing evidence and reasons around the original talks and ask for consideration of my reapplication and have an agreement moving forward, but it seems for a company promoting health and well being are unable to show compassion for a single mistake made on an account that has been following guidelines.
Really is a shame as would like to give a better review but due to this and their customer service not helping to resolve the case I have to give this low star review and advise other users to be careful.

Always been very happy with Medicash. I have claimed quite a lot for glasses and dental stuff over the years and also for chiropractor and physiotherapy. It's definitely been great value for me! I've got the Medicash app on my phone now, so all I have to do is take a photo of the receipt and submit it that way. They pay out quickly as well.
