David Eastlake retired in 1998. Our premises are in Leicester City Centre at The Crescent, King Street, Leicester. The Company has grown steadily over the last 50 years, currently employing 21 staff. The Company has two divisions, Financial Services run by Paul Beachell and Shirley Warren and General Insurance run by John Howe, Jade Cracknell and Kate Meakin.
Where it is practicable we will visit you and take details of your activities and premises. We will discuss the risks you face in your business activity, what can be done to reduce them and what insurance cover is to be provided. Once you become a client we will provide you with a register giving a precis of the covers arranged along with useful information.
On discovery of any circumstance or event which may give rise to a claim, please notify us Immediately. Ring your usual contact in the General Insurance Division for advice on what action to take. Give immediate notice to the Police in respect of loss, destruction or damage caused by thieves or malicious persons. Carry out, or permit to be taken, any action which may prevent further loss and check any interruption to your business.

They were not helpful throughout Covid with different advisers giving me different information on various queries. I retired recently & they owed me some money but said they don't refund anything under 25. I have been a loyal customer for 18 years & was not happy at the level of service I received in this final year.
