Lexham stepped in to provide me insurance on my new motorcycle when my previous insurer, Bennett's couldn't even find the bike on their database! Shocking by Bennett's, but fabulous service from Lexham! And I didn't have to waste half of my life listening to ridiculous excuses for lethargy on the phone! My service operator at Lexham was great! I would wholeheartedly recommend this experience!

Have been using for years. Generally good but their hold music is the worst i have EVER heard and you have to listen to it alot. I am not sure i will renew if i have to listen to that dismal racket again. Its possibly good heard properly but it is dire over the phone

The same as many of the reviews of this firm. Their cancellation policies are designed to catch you out and cost a fortune. They said I declared a no claims status on my application and waited over a month to tell me they wanted more money or proof of no claims. I had never insured my farm quad before. They know what they are up to in my opinion. Avoid these people because they have no morals as far as I'm concerned and are just out to take what they can. @Lexham please dont ask me for more info - you have it all in emails and recorded phone calls.

So disappointed with this company! When you want to start a policy with them they are like gold but when you trie to cancel the policy, they are rude, unprofessional, they ask to send e-mails for cancellations but they never replies to the e-mails or pick-up phone calls, and when they do pick-up the phone they turn it off and never finishes the process! Absolutely disgusting! Yesterday I spoke to a girl, never spoke with someone so rude like that before, unhappy, definitely not willing to help at all. So stressed about it.

Worst insurer you can go for I started a policy with these guys and within a week they had sent letters and emails saying they were going to cancel my policy and that there was nothing I can do about it unless I paid in full after paying 150 to start of sed policy.i asked if I would get some of my money back and I was told "it would be taken into consideration" so instead of telling me u can't cover me you decide to take my money and waste my time instead if I could give 0 stars I would I never write reviews but when people take the mick and u need your vehicle to get to work insurance is important. Never again

Great value, and friendly/ professional service when I needed to amend the policy. also i was offerred a substantial reduction on this year's renewal as I have now earned some no claims, so renewed without hesitation. recommended.

I purchased online the cover and something went wrong! When I received the quotation it was with commuting, so I purchased. Then wen I revived the covering latter is said pleasure only! I call the company and they try to charge me 58 than I told I will cancel the policy and the lovely lady said will cost me 90 to cancel. I have this cover 13hrs! Lovely lady in the phone said before I left don't forget you don't have cover commuting! Costumer service 0 I will try the legal way to get out of this nightmare!

This is my second year of Motorcycle Insurance with Lexham. The renewal process was swift, efficient and hassle free. Unfortunately, paper copies of the documentation were sent by post when I'd already downloaded them. Apart from that minor admin wastage, I'm highly impressed with Lexham and their policy was cheaper than last year!

Tried to charge me a further 38 to correct my registration number I had the policy for 3 days. I just canceled it because if that's the level of service you get after holding for 40 minutes then I will not use them for insurance.

I don't believe it's fair to request for feedback just in return for the experience of dealing with a software to contract an insurance, customer satisfaction should be granted as a fact from the moment you have a business. I shall be able to properly rate your services should I have a claim in the future and based on how that's being dealt with which is an area where most of insurance companies outstandingly fail.
