This is the 3rd year in a row I have used Premierline for my work insurance. They always find me such competitive prices tha for me-a small business owner-I really could not afford the prices that I found when I looked myself! I was fast giving up hope, especially after having no work for 7 weeks because of COVID-19. So it was a huge relief to find a policy I could afford. Soon work will start to pour in and I'm now ready for it thanks to Premierline. So thank you!

Horrible customer service! These people are calling me twice a day since last week. The worst bit is that the first thing they say is " Hi, I want to speak to the manager!" Excuse me but you should learn some phone manners and how to present yourself on the phone. I haven't heard a company name, to who am I speaking to? Secondly, they lie a lot like saying that "we have been quoted with them in previous years".
I spoke to my manager and he confirmed we haven't been quoted for the last 5 years. NOW the bits that makes me very annoyed is that they keep calling when I have told them already 3 times that I CAN'T passed the call to a manager! My managers don't want to talk to you! I tried to be nice and said to them that if they send an email I will forwarded it to my manager and if he wants he will speak to them.
No point, of me trying to be polite, they just ignore it and keep up with the same song over and over again! You are not getting new customers with this kind of customer service!
