I called IHC this morning with a question related to a tourist visa for my daughter. I had sent the application on 20 June for our trip in mid July. Due to family health issues we need to travel on 27 June, this would not give enough time for the application for the visa to be processed and returned to me. I spoke to a member of the IHC team at 09:00 this morning and explained the situation for a speedy processing of the visa.

The young lady told me that she would get back to me by lunch time to see if they could speed up the process. By 12:15 I got a call to say the the visa had been processed and I could arrange a pick up. This is wonderful service. Thank you.
