Poor service. Insured me during year 1. Came to renew, quoted for a renewal. Did not renew or contact me. I had to contact them to be told I could no longer be insured as the terms had changed. Poor customer service and unprofessional

Customer service not that brilliant. Going through a switch board. Not able to deal with you and have to phone you back! One phone call take two weeks in phone back! Best thing is the deals on offer hence three stars. Just need to improve customer services.
